I am currently in the process of developing the English version of my homepage. In the meantime, I would like to provide a brief overview of my services below.

As a certified mediator, trainer, and peace and conflict researcher, I work in crisis and conflict contexts both in Germany and internationally.

Through mediation and consulting, I support organizations, teams, and individuals in navigating change processes and developing solutions to conflicts and challenges. Additionally, I offer training and workshops to enhance competencies in participatory development cooperation, international dialogue facilitation, and peace mediation.
